      Hi Linda! I think we have 'co-responded' before?

      So, hmmm. And, glad you like the tools! As far as session notes go, I either just create a new Microsoft Word document or write them by hand. The only info I store for each set of notes is Client Name, Session number & Date.

      So, I'm not sure what else you would need for recording session notes - but if you have some ideas, or you have something specific in mind, do let me know.

      The only thing that could help a little would be the Client Action Recording Sheet - which you probably already have?
