Describe your coaching business in one sentence: I am a life coach, mentor and motivational speaker helping individuals from all walks of life achieve happiness, health and greatness.

Meet Keyosha:

QUESTION 1: What one book should every coach read - and why?

Every coach should read "The Road Less Travelled". It a great example of human connection - professional, interpersonal and everything in between.

QUESTION 2: Which website do you visit the most?

The "website" I visit most by far is the Google search bar! I simply love exploring and expanding my knowledge.

QUESTION 3: Whom do you admire most?

The individual I admire most is definitely Oprah Winfrey. She's had such an incredible impact on this world through changing perspectives, raising awareness and human connection. It's hard not to admire both her and her methods.

QUESTION 4: What's your vision for your life? Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

My vision for my life is to have helped as many individuals who need coaching as possible, and helping clients obtain/exceed their goal/s.

QUESTION 5: What is your "big project" at the moment?

At the moment my big project is organizing my home office to have in person coaching sessions in the new year. Last year I really focused more on working from home and being with my wonderful three year old. Last year's pandemic caused a real influx in clientele, everyone is online and many people have found it useful to have a life coach.

QUESTION 6: What are your Top 3 Goals at the moment?

  1. I am expanding and meeting client demands internationally.
  2. I am also ensuring that quality time is shared with my daughter watching her thrive.
  3. Fine tuning and perfecting my home office and watching my coaching business grow and flourish.

QUESTION 7: What has been your most powerful moment in coaching so far?

The moment where client number 341 had the epiphany that they had surpassed their original goals. They realised they were far more capable than they had originally thought.

It was a memorable moment because this was where fantasy had met reality - and the true potential which I had always seen within them was finally reflected back to the client. This assured me that I am truly in my calling and inspired me to continue improving the lives others and changing the world.

QUESTION 8: What are your Top 3 favourite coaching tools and/or resources?

  1. Completely in love with our intake and assessment process.
  2. I'm excited to stay tuned into the latest technology and teaming up with apps.
  3. I love any site that pairs up clients with the best suited coach possible. The possibilities are endless!

QUESTION 9: What do you love most about being a coach?

Getting fired! By this I mean that my most rewarding moments are when clients have achieved/exceeded their goals and no longer require my aid.

QUESTION 10: Tell us a secret about you...

I have 18 siblings. I don't share this with people often because I don't know all of them personally.

QUESTION 11: If you could change one thing in our world, what would it be? And how would you go about it?

Equality!

A huge number of people fall short of their full potential simply because they don't have access to resources.

If more resources were readily available to all, we would see a positive shift in the human race as we know it!
