Hi. Some great tips. I'd like to share this with my clients as a handout with expanded ideas on my website. I have a "welcome packet" page with a variety of exercises and such and would love to include this one. You mentioned social media sharing, but can I alter this and put it on my site? Or am I required to purchase a copy for that purpose? Thanks...

Hi Amy, we're so glad you like the infographic! At this time we don't have a brandable version of this graphic however you may use this one "as is" with the logo. I hope that helps! Warmly, Mary

This is a great confidence infographic with lots of helpful tips to build confidence.I especially like the idea of writing down affirmations and positive experiences and the advice to focus on the present moment. Some of the tips could also be taken further - for example, the suggestion to practice a power pose could be extended to include regular exercise and physical activity to boost confidence and self-esteem. Overall, this is an informative and helpful infographic.

      Dear Phaedra!
I am so glad you noticed and really appreciate you taking the time to write a comment 🙂
It is part of our internal policy to prioritise using images with people of colour, minorities and people who differ from societal beauty norms. And we extended this to our infographics too.
The more I learn, the more I realise how important this is. It's one thing we can do to make a difference!
      Thank-you again!
      Warmly, Emma-Louise
